- Refund Procedure
Once we have started to supply the service, you lose your right to cancel the order. If, however, our service cannot unlock your iPhone,
and our technical support staff cannot help, then you can email us to obtain a refund provided these conditions have been met:
Refunds will only be given when exhaustible avenues of support have been reached. Requests for refunds must be made in writing by email within 207 days of the order date.
On receipt a refund will be issued within 30 days of the order date. Refunds will be made via the same method as payment. Please note it may take 3 working days longer if you paid via credit or debit card.
